2. The Salad I love most is coleslaw (FALSE - I love making it, cuz all i have to do is just chuck it in the magimix, and blend everything, add dressing = done, I like normal salads with Club 66 dressing [good job lynn] )
3. The first time I held the hand of a girl tt I like was at 16 yo (TRUE - Held hands while we were 'climbing' Mount Kinabalu)

8. I poo-ed in school pants at high school (TRUE - That was the darkest day (dark brown tt is) of my life. Class needed 'toilet card' to go toilet, and it ran out, monitor didn't wnat to go to take)
9. I didn't cry when mom dropped me off at pre-school at the first day. (TRUE- cuz too excited, but i cried the 2nd day)
10. I went for guitar classes at age of 13 (TRUE - it was organised by church)
11. I nearly died once (TRUE - was nearly drowned, but mom's boss's maid's daughter saved me out. [no, there was no cpr involved] )
12. I was my Bahasa Melayu teacher's favourite student (TRUE - That was during primary school, he do't know me name, but just called me 'monitor, monitor' cuz i was monitor for 3 years in primary school.)
13. I chatted with one of the examiners for more than half hour during PMR (FALSE- it was 15 min, the examiner was trying to promote his own Malay skills and was trying to convince me to go to him for BM tuition.[and we were bored cuz it was History paper])
14. I love mentally challenging movies (FALSE - I prefer action movies)
15. I don't think Gong Li is pretty (TRUE - true and very true, no need comments to support)
16. I painted at least a house before (TRUE - Kong is right, that's my first paid job ever, me and a few others painted 2 houses, the feeling of painting one full thing was great)
17. I love winter more than summer (TRUE - Winter can wear thicker, summer can only on air-con, but i can't stand air con for too long)
18. I am able to drink more than 2.5 liters of water a night (TRUE- did that, but didn't have much sleep at that night)
19. I love going shopping with mom (TRUE - it's fun, but not when she goes on in one shop and tested tops for 2 hours and all i did was sitting down at the fish tank and staring at the gold fishes. but i do enjoy it)
20. I passed all my driving tests at the first go (FALSE - Kong's right, I failed my MCQ in malaysia twice .. nearly got myself killed, only got license the day before i flew to Perth)
Thank you for all those who have participated, since no one scored more than 17, so I will reward the highest score = Lynn(16), the one who scores (15) = Yan Jing & Cheah Yen, and our lowest scorer = Jia Huei for thanking her to participate.. Haha ..
Please place your orders when ready.
Good night people. It was fun.

* Specially for those borned in the 80s *
got this from my friend's blog, thought of posting it here since it's sooooooooooooooooooooo SWEET!!!!! It totally speaks what i experienced during my childhood times and i miss them......aih, what are the childhood of children nowadays?
we grew up watching Transformers, Thundercats, Woody Woodpecker, Chipmunks, Mickey Mouse, Jem, Mask, Ninja Turtles, Voltron, Baja Hitam, Ultraman n not forgettin POWER RANGERS n BUGS BUNNY!!!and anderra yippa mice? :), McGyver ?
had to brush our teeths during recess at primary school? had to hold plastic cups, line up with your classmates side by side and start brushing our teeths at some open area... or maybe near some drain??
do you still remember that we had 'dentist' rooms where we had to have our teeths check?
not to forget our 'program minum susu' in primary school.. everybody is suppose to buy like cartons of milk that costed 30 cents.. and you would see everyone drinking it everyday...its d UHT milk...
the teachers who would want to punish us must use yellow rulers to hit us on our palms?? 1 metre length..
that a bowl of mihun soup or some soup only costed 50 cents at the school canteen...
went to some sundry shop near the school or to the 'roti' man waiting outside our schools so that we can buy junk food like chickedees, mamee, ding dang with some toys in it, 'Ti Kam', ice-cream and we would play games like monopoly, uno, old maid, and all other card games like that...
another fun time would be during Pendidikan Jasmani. the boys would play football while the girls would play netball... and it would be like we were playing in the world cup...
but of course. the best would be main guli, batu seremban, bottlecaps, ice-
cream sticks, 'Pepsi Cola one-two-three', Cops and Robbers, main kejar-kejar duduk,getah... and for the not so active, those kind of 'book games' where we would use buku latihan to draw and ask our friends to play...
do you remember the ice-cream tubes which are actually ice and colouring that are sold for 10 to 20 cents.. the colourful ones.. where you usually bite off the top to glup it down.orange
tastes b best..(pop-ice)
what about days when we felt like doing naughty things such as folding papers so small to make 'lastik' amd shoot each other... how about throwing chalks??
back then, micheal jackson was just turning white.. and still had albums coming out.. compared to CD's, we were listening to tapes that sold for RM9.90...
in computer class, we were still using black and white computer moniters.. played 'Atari'... maybe SEGA or NINTENDO..
well, are we all getting older or what?
1) if you understand what you have read and you are smiling...
2) we have friends from school that are already married...
3) we shake our heads everytime we see high school students fussing about their handphones in school..
4) we don't hang on phone with our friends for hours a day talking about nothing...
5) when we meet back with our friends from time to time, we feel excited and happy talking about old times, the funny 'adventures' or stories that we experienced as a kid..
6) last but not least, that when you read this, you would think of all the happy & sad memories that you have experienced when you were still a kid and would think of forwarding this to your old friends that you have known since forever... i'm sure they would have a huge smile on their face after reading this.....

Something for each and everyone of us...
We seek, but do not see,
We hear, but do not listen,
We learn, but do not comprehend,
We try and fail every single time,
And yet, we persist in trying,
No matter what the cost,
We try and try again,
Just to get closer to God,
For we are His children,
Who love our Parent,
And only wish to repay,
His undying Love for us,
So no matter what the costs,
No matter the difficulties,
One day we would come before Our Father,
And say "I Love You".
Thank you Lord.
" I dont know if this happens to any of you, but it does to me. Sometimes, i find it hard to find God within my heart. But i continue trying because I love God, and want to know God better. I really am just so amazed with God's Love for us which is totally incomprehensible to the human mind. His love for us would definitely be more vast than the universe. How could we compete that? But all i really want is to tell God that I love Him too."

Miracles
Hey people!
For the past couple of weeks in EduCell, it’s been about miracles.
Miracles = the act of God
The word “miracle” has been used widely in society. Some perceive it as a phenomenon/ happening that was thought to be impossible. But I was told that without God in the equation, it’s not a miracle. Meaning…if you don’t believe in God, there’s no such thing as a miracle. That was a little bit troubling to hear, for me (as you know I’m a non-believer). Everybody wants a miracle to happen at some point in their lives, including myself. And to be told that without believing in a God, you won’t have a miracle, it’s quite sad…but oh well
Come to think of it, I’ve never experienced a miracle or perhaps I just never realize it. I don’t even use the word “miracle”…well, probably just a hand full of times but no more!
One point that I would like to highlight from the discussions during EduCell is “What is the purpose of biblical miracles?”
1- Assurance that God is always there and always watching over us
2- Knowing that God is working in our life
3- Show God’s love for his people and power to create
4- “And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Son may bring glory to the Father”John 14:13. Meaning that any miracle that happens, it is to bring glory to God.
I guess the lesson that I’m trying to highlight is we should open our eyes to miracles and our faith will be strengthen even more.
Miracles doesn’t need to be big things like Jesus feeding the 5000, parting of the Red sea or the resurrection of Jesus but it can be small minute things like entering university with terrible results or getting back twice as much of money given out.
So, JUST SEE………

Something bout the Easter camp
Hey ppl!
There's actually so much to share about the camp but most of them are personal. keke...I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels that way, right? *grins*
Anyway, Easter camp has refreshed/rejuvenated everyone (not physically though. lol! totally drained all our energy especially after that DUCK WALK! Hehe...) I realised during cell group on Friday and service on Sunday that majority of the people were so hyper, happy. We all sang praise to the Lord with all our might and basically everything else we did was with more passion
The whole point of me pointing this out is that we shouldn't wait for an event like this to rekindle our spirits. This doesn't just apply for christians in terms of rekindling that first love for Christ but also for any human being...in our daily chores/duties/activities. We let our surroundings influence us too much and this brings me to the point of striving to be made out of Gopher material.
I suppose the lesson is that we should get up each morning and just find joy...enjoy and just want to be with Him cause I find that if you do everything for someone you love, do everything out of love, everything is bliss... =)
This is the challenge for all of us...
